EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Washington Sports and Entertainment named DOUG HICKS as
     Dir of PR for the Capitals.  He replaces NANCY YASHAROFF,
     who has become Dir of Promotions for both the Capitals and
     Wizards (Capitals)....TYRONE LOCKHART has been promoted to
     Manager, Value-in Kind and Sponsorship Product Enhancement
     Programs, in the USOC's Corporate Participation Division
     (USOC)...EDWARD DELANEY was named NFL Enterprises Dir of
     Broadcast Operations/Technology.  Delaney was President &
     CEO of his own TV and film production, distribution and
     consulting service company (ELECTRONIC MEDIA, 9/22).
