FACILITY NOTES

          Las Vegas' first NASCAR Winston Cup race sold out in
     only 30 hours as Speedway officials cut off sales Tuesday,
     having sold all 100,000 tickets (CHARLOTTE OBSERVER, 9/24).
     ..Aurora, IL, city officials "have sent a letter" to the
     Bears expressing their interest in having the team move to
     their city (Steve Rosenbloom, CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 9/25)....In
     Orange County, Barbara Kingsley wrote about Anaheim
     Stadium's efforts to make its facility more accessible to
     the physically disabled.  Kevin Uhlich, Dir of Stadium Ops:
     "We want to do what we can so the disabled community feels
     comfortable in this building" (O.C. REGISTER, 9/24).
