BUCS HOPING FOR SUITE-HEART DEALS AS NEW SALES CENTER OPENS

The Bucs launched their club seat and luxury suite
sales campaign yesterday with an unveiling ceremony for
their new stadium interactive sales center, which will be
used to help sell the new stadium's 75 suites and 7,500 club
seats. The center, which is open to the public, is located
within the team's offices, and contains a stadium model as
well as an actual luxury suite and a video examining the
amenities, which is hosted by ABC's Al Michaels (Bucs). In
Tampa, Tom Jackson reports that all but 20 suites, which
lease for $55,000, $70,000 and $85,000 annually, are under
contract and all the "most expensive" boxes have been signed
to 10-year leases. Additionally, half of the club seats,
priced at $950, $1,750 and $2,450 per year, have been sold.
A copy of the sales video will be delivered to 20,000 "prime
candidates" identified by the team (TAMPA TRIBUNE, 8/28).
