          NCAA singles tennis champion Lilia Osterloh, who
     attended Stanford, has signed with IMG for representation
     and will join the Corel WTA Tour full-time this fall (USA
     TODAY, 8/26)....Pete Sampras' black shoes with a bright red
     toe plate that he wore in his first round U.S. Open match
     last night were a "gag gift" from Nike for his 26th birthday
     on August 12.  Nike said that the shoes are the only pair of
     its kind (Ft. Lauderdale SUN-SENTINEL, 8/26)....Korea's F&F,
     an apparel company which holds a Korean licenses for
     Benneton and Renoma, has signed a contract with MLB for
     exclusive rights to import and sell MLB licensed merchandise
     in Korea (KOREAN HERALD, 8/20)....Reebok Int'l said that
     Venezuela's trademark office has "cleared the way" for
     Reebok to sell shoes and clothing under its own brand name
     for the first time in that country.  Reebok had been sold in
     Venezuela under the name Vector because a local company,
     Fabricas de Calzados Marilyn SA, had secured the trademark
     for the name Reebok in '85 (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 8/25).
     ....U.S. Figure Skating Champion Todd Eldredge has signed a
     personal management contract with IMG (IMG).
