          In Miami, Barry Jackson's column, entitled, "If I Was
     In Charge," offers advice on how to make TV and radio
     better.  Jackson: "If I'm ESPN/ABC Sports President Steve
     Bornstein, I pursue CNN's Fred Hickman to replace Keith
     Olbermann on SportsCenter when Hickman's contract expires
     next year."  To Fox's David Hill, Jackson recommends an NFL
     highlight show on Fox at 7:00pm on Sundays (MIAMI HERALD,
     8/22).....In S.F., Susan Slusser writes that "according to
     industry sources," S.F's KCBS-AM will add John Madden to
     provide morning commentary (S.F. CHRONICLE, 8/22)....NFL
     network preseason ratings are down 5% to 5.7 overall (USA
     TODAY, 8/22)....A deal between SportsTicker and NY-based
     Interactive Connection allows Interactive Connection to
     develop SportsStream, a "profiled" version of SportsTicker's
     news feed that allows Web sites to receive customized news
     about certain sports and teams (Interactive Connection).
