FOXBOROUGH DENIES FRUSTRATION WITH MA SPEAKER OVER PATS PAD

          Foxborough town officials "denied" a report in
     Wednesday's Boston Globe "that they left a meeting Monday in
     House Speaker Thomas Finneran's office feeling frustrated by
     a lack of progress on an agreement" for a new Patriots
     stadium proposal, according to Tina Cassidy of the BOSTON
     GLOBE.  Foxborough Selectemen Chair Michael Coppola: "It was
     a productive meeting.  We felt very positive about it.  We
     thought we were moving in a forward direction."  Coppola
     said the town's "frustration isn't with the speaker, it's
     with the process in general" (BOSTON GLOBE, 8/21).
