MOLSTAR SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT ADDS NEW EXECS

7.18.1997

          Molstar Sports and Entertainment, the entity resulting
     from the recent merger of Molstar Communications and Grand
     Prix Management Inc., has added staff members in the areas
     of sponsorship and business development.  JEFF COOPER was
     named VP/Partners' Programs, where he will lead Molstar's
     sponsorship efforts.  NORM WEBB was named Dir of New
     Business Development for its Broadcast Division.  He will be
     responsible for developing new sports and entertainment
     broadcast opportunities.  MICHAEL LYSKO was named Senior
     Manager/New Business Development, where he will oversee the
     acquisition and development of new properties (Molstar).
