STADIUM NOTES

          In Atlanta, Fulton County commissioners voted
     unanimously "to negotiate an end" to the policy of the
     Atlanta-Fulton County Recreation Authority which provided
     luxury suites for politicians to the city's sports venues
     (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 7/17)....In AZ, Tucson Electric Power
     Co. has entered into a 10-year, naming-rights deal  for the
     new 11,000-seat stadium in Tucson.  The new spring training
     home of the D'Backs and White Sox will now be named "Tucson
     Electric Park" (D'Backs).
