          The NBA Wizards will unveil their new uniforms today. 
     Home uniforms are white and blue and road uniforms are blue
     and black, both with the team name across the chest

     editorial, on Wayne Huizenga selling the Marlins: "A lot of
     people try to blame South Florida fans for the Marlins'
     economic woes, but that's misleading, and, even if true,
     only a small part of the problem.  The real reason is that
     the few people in major league baseball who have an eye on
     the future don't have enough power to rein in those who want
     everything they can get their hands on now" (SOUTH FLORIDA
     BUSINESS JOURNAL, 7/7)....Prospective Lightning Owner Gavin
     Maloof said negotiations to buy the team will "take longer
     then we thought, and take a little longer than everyone
     thinks" (ST. PETERSBURG TIMES, 7/11).
