WQAM, HANK GOLDBERG HAMMER OUT AGREEMENT FOR RETURN TO AIR

          Miami radio station WQAM announced that afternoon host
     Hank Goldberg will return to the air Monday after being off
     "for nearly a month because of a combination of suspension
     and vacation," according to Barry Jackson of the MIAMI
     HERALD.  Goldberg Attorney Sandy Bohrer "refused to discuss
     issues covered" in settlement talks with WQAM GM Greg Reed,
     "but said Goldberg was not required to sign any document." 
     Goldberg had been suspended with pay June 16-18 "after what
     was deemed excessive criticism of Wayne Huizenga
     properties," and then without pay June 19-26 "for leaking
     confidential information to the media" (MIAMI HERALD, 7/10).
