          In WA, Kent Caputo, a top aide to former Gov. Mike
     Lowry, is the first nominee to the seven-member public board
     that will oversee the $425M Seahawks stadium and exhibition
     center (Tacoma NEWS TRIBUNE, 7/9)....In Baltimore, Ravens
     Owner Art Modell, on the possibility of selling naming
     rights for the team's new Camden Yards stadium, set to open
     in '98: "It's the last item on our priority list.  We've got
     other things we'll concern ourselves with first" (Baltimore
     SUN, 7/10)....In CA, the State Senate Subcommittee studying
     L.A. football stadium proposals postponed a hearing
     scheduled for Friday until July 25 (L.A. TIMES, 7/10).
