          JAMEY HORAN was named Dir of PR for the new Comcast-
     Spectacor RSN in Philadelphia.  He will handle media and
     community relations for the network set to debut in October. 
     Horan was Press Secretary for U.S. Sen. PATRICK LEAHY (D-VT)
     (Comcast-Spectacor)....STUART CRYSTAL has joined Inside
     Sports Magazine in the newly created position of VP, Sales &
     Strategic Business Development.  Crystal formerly worked for
     Starter Sportswear as Dir of Marketing & GM (Inside Sports).
     ...The Virginia Baseball Stadium Authority named Brewers VP
     GABE PAUL, JR. as the organization's Exec Dir (VSBA).
