EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          Penske Motorsports named GREGORY PENSKE as President &
     CEO.  He replaces RICHARD PETERS who is leaving to start
     another company (DETROIT FREE PRESS, 6/10)....IL-based
     Racing Champions, manufacturer of racing collectibles, has
     announced that HOWARD SCHACTER has joined the company in the
     newly created position of VP/Communications.  Schacter was
     most recently VP at KemperLesnik Communications (Racing
     Champions)....The Capitals named GEORGE MCPHEE as their new
     GM.  He had been with the Canucks (Capitals)....JAY FEASTER
     was named VP/Sports & Ent. Group at Hershey Ent. & Resort
     Co.  He is the AHL Hershey Bears' President (Hershey).
