EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          ABC Inc. named PRESTON PADDEN President of ABC
     Television.  Padden was "formerly Rupert Murdoch's top U.S.
     satellite executive" (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 5/29)....Reebok
     named JACK GUZE Senior VP & Chief Marketing Officer and
     JIMMY JONES Senior VP/Human Resources.  Guze most recently
     was VP/Merchandise Strategy & Business Development for
     Sears, Roebuck & Co.  Jones was previously VP/Human
     Resources for INOVA Health Systems (Reebok)....ProServ named
     ROB MCNAMARA as its Dir of Golf.  He will be responsible for
     developing golf TV properties and corporate golf events
     (ProServ)....ESPN's CHARLEY STEINER has signed with NY-based
     Athletes & Artists of The Marquee Group.  The company will
     represent him in all broadcasting, marketing and publishing
     negotiations (The Marquee Group).
