EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          NORM SEAGRAM was let go on Friday as CEO of Molson Cos.
     Ltd., "one of several steps taken to give the Molson family
     more direct control over day-to-day operations."  Molson
     Cos. has created an executive committee composed of ERIC
     MOLSON, IAN MOLSON, Bank of Montreal CEO MATTHEW BARRETT and
     JAMES ARNETT (FINANCIAL POST, 5/10)....NBA Kings promoted
     ANDREA LEPORE to Manager of Marketing Communications.  She
     had previously been Media Relations & Publicity Coordinator
     (Kings)....DAVE BIALEK was named Manager of Sales at The
     Marquee Group.  Bialek comes from The Golf Channel, where he
     served as Dir of NY Sales (The Marquee Group).
     ...PRISM/SportsChannel Philadelphia announced the following
     promotions: HAROLD GRONENTHAL to Dir of Marketing &
     Programming; MARY GINTY FELDMAN to Dir of Affiliate
     Relations; WENDY BROOKSTEIN to Manager of Affiliate
     Relations; CYNTHIA WEISS BISHA to Marketing Manager; and
     JASON DIEMILIO to Business Operations Coordinator (PRISM).
