          Lawyers for Tiger Woods said a medal commemorating his
     Masters victory is an unauthorized use of his image and said
     they may sue.  Franklin Mint ran a half-page ad in Friday's
     N.Y. Times and said its medal is protected by the right to
     cover a news event.  John Oney, IMG Associate Counsel: "That
     was a total surprise to Tiger Woods and IMG.  It was not
     endorsed by Tiger or any of his advisors.  We are looking
     into what to do next, including legal action" (CHICAGO
     TRIBUNE, 5/11)....Reebok says it will be "at least" three to
     four weeks before it starts looking for a new media-buying
     agency and possible additional creative resources to replace
     Leo Burnett USA, Chicago.  Reebok confirmed that Y&R
     Advertising, N.Y., has "expressed interest" (AD AGE, 5/12).
     ..."To The Extreme," the first officially licensed
     CD/cassette of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and IRL, is
     now in stores featuring contemporary artists.  "To the
     Extreme" is an American Entertainment Network release
     (IRL)....adidas took out full-page ads in Sunday's N.Y. POST
     and N.Y. DAILY NEWS congratulating John Starks for winning
     the NBA's Sixth Man Award (N.Y. POST, 5/11).
