EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

          ETHAN ORLINSKY was promoted to VP/General Counsel of
     MLB Enterprises.  He had been Dir of Legal Affairs for MLB
     Properties (MLB)....SONDRA HALEY was named VP/Publicity &
     Promotions for The Disney Store, Inc.  She was Dir of
     Corporate Communications at the NBA (Disney)....Little
     Caesars named DENISE ILITCH LITES as Vice Chair.  Lites is
     also Olympia Development President (DETROIT FREE PRESS,
     4/17)....Time Inc. has named LINDA MCCUTCHEON CONNEALLY as
     President of Time Inc. New Media.  She is a former marketing
     exec with Time and People magazines.  LANDON JONES, former
     editor of People magazine, was appointed to VP of Strategic
     Planning (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 4/17)....CART's Exec VP/Racing
     MICHAEL FISCHER has "been relieved of his duties" (CART).
