LOOKS LIKE COCA-COLA, MCDONALD'S AND AMEX GOT NEXT

          NBA sponsors Coca-Cola, McDonald's and AmEx "are all
     close to completing" WNBA sponsorship deals, according to
     Terry Lefton of BRANDWEEK.  Sources tell Lefton that "half
     to two-thirds" of each deal is media, and value the AmEx
     deal at $1.5M over three years.  NBA Properties President
     Marketing & Media Group Gary Stevenson would not confirm the
     deals, but did "acknowledge" that the league's TV inventory
     is "nearly" sold out (BRANDWEEK, 4/14 issue).
