BOZELL REPORTEDLY "IN TALKS" TO ACQUIRE ISI

          Bozell "is in talks" to obtain all or part of East
     Rutherford, NJ-based Integrated Sports International (ISI),
     according to Terry Lefton of BRANDWEEK.  ISI founder Frank
     Vuono: "We've been talking to a lot of people, but we're not
     close to signing with anyone."  But Lefton notes Bozell
     "sources insisted the deal was close to complete."  ISI
     clients include Burger King, Disney, Norwegian Cruise Lines,
     Cadillac and Nobody Beats The Wiz (BRANDWEEK, 3/17 issue).
          PAMPER YOURSELF LIKE MIKE: Bijan will ship four new
     products under the Michael Jordan Cologne nameplate this
     week, including body soap, shower gel, alcohol-free
     deodorant and after shower body oil spray.  The products
     will "likely" be tagged in TV ads (BRANDWEEK, 3/17 issue).
