          Deion Sanders has inked a deal with TX-based Hat Brands
     Inc. to market a new line of fur-felt dress hats called
     "Deion for Dobbs."  The hats will be available by early
     summer, and will retail for $100 (DALLAS BUSINESS JOURNAL,
     3/10 issue). ...Carl Icahn is "believed to be heading" the
     search for a new management team to lead Marvel
     Entertainment Group.  Marvel Chair Scott Sassa "is expected
     to leave" to take on a different role with Ron Perelman's
     Andrews Holdings entertainment unit (N.Y. POST,
     3/13)....Woolworth reported a profit for FY'96, with a
     profit of $169M, or $1.26/share, compared to a loss of
     $164M, or $1.23/share in '95.  Sales at Woolworth's athletic
     group, composed of Foot Locker, Champs Sports and other
     chains, grew 5.5% to $3.62B for FY'96 (WALL STREET JOURNAL,
     3/13)....Ogilvy & Mather, Chicago, will develop WNBA-themed
     broadcast and print ads for Sears (ADWEEK, 3/10 issue).
