D-Rays Managing Partner VINCE NAIMOLI resigned as
Chair, President & CEO of Harvard Industries, an auto parts
manufacturer. Naimoli cited other business obligations, his
family and civic and charitable involvement as reasons for
resigning. But the TAMPA TRIBUNE's Jerome Stockfisch notes
"his legacy at Harvard includes falling profits, credit
crises and a bottomed-out stock price" (TAMPA TRIBUNE,
2/13)...The Cowboys' ERIK WILLIAMS, cleared in a sexual
assault investigation, filed two lawsuits yesterday stemming
from the investigation, one against the Dallas Police
Department and the other against KXAS-TV reporter Marty
Griffin (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 2/13).....TED TURNER will
appear on "Monday Nitro," the wrestling show on TNT that
promotes his World Championship Wrestling league, to mock-
fire WCW TV commentator ERIC BISCHOFF. "Insiders" say
Turner's appearance means "he wants to inject some
excitement into the league" to try to get the same PPV and
live attendance numbers that the competing World Wrestling
Federation gets (N.Y. DAILY NEWS, 2/13).
