          Several marketers "are considering taking legal action"
     against Photoscape, a web site that taped and uploaded five
     Super Bowl ads.  A spokesperson for Holiday Inn said, "We
     are investigating this apparent infringement of our
     copyright ... and will take prompt and appropriate action." 
     Photoscape said that it posted the ads for "review, which
     can be considered legal fair use."  Other ads shown were
     from A-B, PepsiCo, Nissan and Nike (AD AGE, 1/31).
     ...CompuServe said Thursday that its new orders have "jumped
     fivefold" after its Super Bowl ad that promoted reliability
     (HOLLYWOOD REPORTER, 1/31)....George Willis, who covered the
     Mets for the N.Y. Times, will reportedly to become the N.Y.
     Post's fourth columnist and first minority sportswriter
     (NEWSDAY, 1/31)....Northwestern Mutual Life "appears to be
     close" to an agreement to buy ad time on CBS' broadcasts of
     the '98 Nagano Winter Olympics.  The company is also
     "considering" ad time on NFL or NCAA football coverage
     (INSIDE MEDIA, 1/29 issue)....Nashville will be Nielsen
     Media's 38th metered market, effective July (Nielsen Media).
