              The AFL named DAVID COOPER as VP/Media Relations.  He
         had been Assistant Media Relations Dir with the Suns (AFL).
         ....CLAY MOSER resigned as the CBA's Senior VP/Basketball
         Operations & Team Services to pursue other business
         opportunities, effective at the end of the season (CBA).
         ...Former Brunswick Corp. Chair JACK REICHERT was elected to
         the Board of Dir of Strike Ten Entertainment (Strike
         Ten)....JON HENNESSEY has joined Network International as
         VP/Marketing Services division.  He had been with CT-based
         Capital Management Group (Network Int'l).

         appear on CBS' "The Late Late Show" with TOM SNYDER for his
         first post-Super Bowl interview tonight (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL
         SENTINEL, 1/31)....Mets co-Owner FRED WILPON, Chair of a WA-
         based PathoGenesis Corp. drug development company, saw his
         $14.5M stake in the company jump 20% after a successful
