          Lance Atstodt, the finalist in the "Hershey's $1
     million Pro Bowl Kick Sweepstakes," was profiled in NEWSDAY. 
     The kick will take place during Sunday's Pro Bowl. Atstodt
     practiced yesterday with former Giants kicker Pete Gogolak
     and said he was successful in about 75-80% of his kicks
     (NEWSDAY, 1/30)....In '96, sales for Breathe Right nasal
     strips jumped 77% to $85.8M.  Part of the company's latest
     marketing effort, which also includes a sweepstakes and ads
     on national cable networks, is free distribution in British
     Airways amenities packages "to keep snoring down" in the
     first-class cabin (CHICAGO TRIBUNE, 1/30)....Visa Int'l has
     become the fifth sponsor for the Ski Association of Japan
     (KYODO NEWS, 1/23)....Former Pima County (AZ) Superior Court
     Judge Lawrence Fleischman, who helped Andre Agassi put
     together a "lucrative" endorsement deal with Nike, could be
     paid more than $2M for his advice.  This payment is revealed
     in a contract between Fleischman and Las Vegas-based Agassi
     Enterprises Inc. that was made public by the Arizona Supreme
     Court.  Earlier this month, Fleischman resigned his judicial
     post but stated in his resignation letter that "he believed
     he had done nothing wrong" (ARIZONA REPUBLIC, 1/29).
