DODGERS FIELD ADVISING TEAM TO HANDLE SALE

          The Dodgers have put together a team of advisors to
     handle the sale of the team and its holdings, according to
     Lisa Dillman of the L.A. TIMES.  Chief legal advisor to
     Dodger President Peter O'Malley will be attorney Ken Bishop
     of O'Melveny & Meyers in addition to four other lawyers from
     the firm.  Investment banking firm Goldman, Sachs & Co. will
     oversee the deal and Ernst & Young will handle tax and
     auditing matters (L.A. TIMES, 1/30).
