RODMAN GETS BENCHED BY BURGER CHAIN, CARL'S JR.

          After being suspended by the NBA for at least 11 games
     and fined $25,000 for kicking a court-side photographer,
     Dennis Rodman was "suspended as a pitchman" for the Anaheim-
     based Carl's Jr., according to Greg Johnson of the L.A.
     TIMES.  CKE Restaurants spokesperson Suzi Brown: "We
     decided, in light of what's gone on, to pull his commercial
     from our campaign.  I'm not sure if it's permanent or
     temporary, but we have pulled that commercial from our
