     Editor/Sports of the Boston Globe.  Skwar had been Exec
     Sports Editor since '89 (BOSTON GLOBE, 12/15)....JACQUES
     BURELLE was named Commissioner of the Canadian Professional
     Golf Tour.  Burelle is currently the president of EVENTCORP,
     a event marketing agency (Canadian Tour)....MICHAEL FISHER
     was named Exec VP/Racing for CART.  Fisher is responsible
     for all racing activities with CART (SPEED NET, 12/15).
