NOTES: Toronto and Dallas have increased attendance from last season. Philadelphia is playing at the larger CoreStates Center. Golden State is playing at the larger San Jose Arena this season while Oakland Coliseum Arena is being renovated. Vancouver has slightly decreased capacity from last season. Orlando and New Jersey have each played one home game at the soldout 38,639-seat Tokyo Dome in Japan, which is not included in their attendance figures. "'95-96 AVG." is based on the same number of home dates the teams have played so far in '96-97. Overall, the league is averaging 16,901 per game and is playing to 89% capacity. -30-

TNT’s Stan Van Gundy, ESPN’s Tim Reed, NBA Playoffs and NFL Draft

On this week’s pod, SBJ’s Austin Karp has two Big Get interviews. The first is with TNT’s Stan Van Gundy as he breaks down the NBA Playoffs from the booth. Later in the show, we hear from ESPN’s VP of Programming and Acquisitions Tim Reed as the NFL Draft gets set to kick off on Thursday night in Motown. SBJ’s Tom Friend also joins the show to share his insights into NBA viewership trends.
