     ...CA-based Auto-By-Tel Corp. will "apparently" be the first
     Internet company to advertise during the Super Bowl.  The
     online car-selling company has tapped Playhouse Pictures to
     animate a 30-second spot, which will run during the second
     quarter.  Hollywood-based RBI Communications is producing
     the spot (AD AGE, 12/11)....LPGA Tour star Dottie Pepper has
