EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     The NFL named JOHN COLLINS to the newly created position of
VP/Programming in the Broadcasting Department.  Collins had been
VP/Marketing & Sales with NFL Films (NFL)....Motorola Inc.
appointed CHRISTOPHER GALVIN as CEO affective January 1.  GARY
TOOKER, Motorola's current CEO, will become Chairman of the
Board.  WILLIAM WEISZ will retire as Chair, but will become Vice
Chair until May to assist in the management transition (CHICAGO
TRIBUNE, 11/15)....PR firm Shandwick International has named
SCOTT MEYER as President & Managing Dir of its U.S. unit based in
Bloomington, MN (Minneapolis STAR TRIBUNE, 11/15).
