     The NHL's "Ice Hot: The Best of the 1995-96 NHL Season" will
be available November 5, with a suggested retail price of $14.98.
The new video is the second release from NHL Video's "Action
Series" line which debuted in September.  It is produced by NHL
Productions and distributed by Twentieth Century Fox Home
Entertainment (NHL)....SportsChannel Ohio and Time Warner Cable
of Cincinnati announced a sponsorship of the IHL Cincinnati
Cyclones.  The deal includes ad and promo opportunities,
including cable media, signage, in-arena promos, merchandising
and tickets (SportsChannel). ...In Dallas, Barry Horn called the
MLS Cup rating of a 1.7 on Sunday, a "number usually reserved for
Emergency Broadcast System tests" (DALLAS MORNING NEWS, 10/22).
....Lou Holtz makes his national commentary debut on October 27,
joining Harry Kalas in Westwood One Entertainment's coverage of
the Panthers-Eagles game (Westwood One).
