CORPORATE GUARANTORS OF BREWERS' STADIUM REVEALED

     Eight Milwaukee area companies are serving as corporate
guarantors of a $14M loan to the Brewers for its new stadium,
according to Kenneth Lamke of the MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL.
The companies and their pledge: the Metropolitan Milwaukee
Association of Commerce, ($4M); Northwestern Mutual Life
Insurance ($2M); Wisconsin Energy Corp. ($2M); Johnson Controls
($2M); the Marcus Corp. ($1.5M); Harley-Davidson ($1M); A.O.
Smith Corp. ($500,000); Journal Communications ($500,000); and
Briggs & Stratton Corp. ($500,000).  Under terms of the loan the
Brewers will repay the $14M over 10 years, ending in 2008 at a 6%
interest rate (MILWAUKEE JOURNAL SENTINEL, 10/20).
