     NBC's Joe Gibbs on Bears LB Bryan Cox: "Bryan Cox is
embarrassing all of us. ... This guy needs to be taken care of,
needs to be ejected from games and penalized ("NFL on NBC,"
10/13).  ESPN's Chris Berman, on Bryan Cox's fine: "I wonder on
the heels of the Alomar incident in baseball, whether this had a
lot to do it.  I don't know so, but I would think so.  But
football at least said, 'We at least are going to make a decision
right away and move on"  ("NFL Countdown," ESPN, 10/13)....MLS
Revolution Owner Jonathan Kraft predicts the MLS Cup at Foxboro
Sunday, will draw a "minimum of 40,000 fans and could top out at
60,000" (BOSTON GLOBE, 10/12)....MLS expansion will "probably" be
delayed until '99 because Chicago, a "prime target," might not
have Soldier Field ready for soccer until 2001 (USA TODAY, 10/15)
