INTERZINE PRODUCTIONS ACQUIRES THE SPORTS BUSINESS DAILY

     Digital Sports Network LLC, publisher of THE SPORTS BUSINESS
DAILY, has been acquired by InterZine Productions, Inc.
     REAX:  Jeffrey Pollack, founder of Digital Sports Network
and THE DAILY:  "This sale is a resounding affirmation of THE
DAILY's vision for the sports industry and our strength as a
franchise.  InterZine puts us in an excellent position to
continue serving sports, media, entertainment, and financial
executives with premium information services."
     STATUS QUO I:  Pollack will remain as President & Publisher
of THE DAILY and has also been named Executive Vice President of
InterZine.  In addition to managing THE DAILY, Pollack will be
directly responsible for the development of additional online
products and multi-media information services for the sports
industry.
     STATUS QUO II:  Both David Abrutyn, Associate Publisher &
Director of Marketing for THE DAILY, and Abraham Madkour, Editor-
in-Chief of THE DAILY, will continue to manage the publication's
sales and editorial efforts.
     WE'RE MOVING:  As part of the acquisition, THE DAILY will
move its operations by the end of 1996 to InterZine's offices in
Norwalk, CT, bringing the publication's editorial and marketing
departments into the New York media market.
     THE WORD FROM INTERZINE:  "This acquisition is a key
strategic move in our growth as a diverse, technology-savvy
sports media company," said R. Brian Henley, InterZine's Founder
& CEO.  "THE SPORTS BUSINESS DAILY, with its high-value content
and comprehensive news archive, is a great fit with our
electronic and sports media expertise.  We are excited by the
opportunities to leverage THE SPORTS BUSINESS DAILY to create new
products for both sports industry executives and sports fans."
     ABOUT INTERZINE:  Founded in 1994, InterZine is an online
content developer that creates sports-oriented communities for
online services and the Internet.  InterZine developed the
popular iGolf site on America Online and the World Wide Web, as
well as iSki and Snowboarding Online.  InterZine recently
acquired GolfAmerica to launch golfcourse.com.
     STRONG BACKING:  InterZine Productions is backed by TCI,
America Online, Massey Burch, TransNational Ventures, Draper
Fisher Associates, and Prudential Securities' Roman Arch Fund.
The company recently closed a $7.6M round of expansion funding,
has 60 employees, and is headquartered in Boca Raton, FL.
InterZine also has offices in Norwalk, CT, and Denver, CO.
     STRONG ASSIST:  Rampart Financial Group, of Westport, CT,
helped manage the deal for DSN, working directly with Pollack.
Rampart specializes in providing financial advisory services to
small and mid-sized entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses.
