1996 PGA INT'L GOLF SHOW CLOSES WITH RECORD ATTENDANCE

     The PGA Int'l Golf Show hosted a record attendance of nearly
21,000 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas,
September 9-11.  The total attendance represented a 14% increase
from '95 (PGA Int'l Golf Show).  Below are new product
announcements from this year's show:
     NON-METAL SPIKES: The show highlighted the shift in golfwear
to non-metal spikes, including products by Softspikes Inc.,
Titleist and Footjoy;  DEVANT LTD: Devant introduced a new print
and embroidery combination golf towel; GOLF TRAINING SYSTEMS:
Golf Training Systems introduced ReALTA SPORT, an advanced
interactive motion analysis technology for golf; PACIFIC
SPORTSWEAR: Pacific Sportswear added a custom twist-away Safari
Hat to their private-label/custom cap line; LA JOLLA GOLF:
LaJolla Golf Club showcased its custom-fit junior golf equipment,
separating products into a junior and teen line; TAYLOR MADE:
Taylor Made introduced the Burner Tour Irons, and a streamlined
customer service effort (PGA INT'l GOLF SHOW).
