EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     HBO's Senior VP/Exec Producer ROSS GREENBURG has signed a
new multi-year contract with the network.  Greenburg will
continue to serve as Exec Producer of HBO Sports, as well as
Senior VP of Time Warner and HBO Sports (HBO)....HARRY MARMION,
first VP of the USTA, has been nominated to become the 44th
President of the USTA, succeeding LES SNYDER.  Dir-at-Large JULIA
LEVERING has been nominated to be the USTA's first VP, the only
woman to advance to that position in the organization's history
(USTA)....Magic Dir of Publicity /Media Relations ALEX MARTINS
has been promoted to Senior Director of Communications for RDV
Sports, the parent company to the Magic and Solar Bears (Magic).
