EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     The IHL named JAY WISSE as VP/Sales & Corporate Development.
Wisse was Broadcast Sales Manager for the Spurs since '92.  Wisse
will be responsible for the development and acquisition of new
national sponsorship and marketing partners (IHL)....ERIC
MAGNUSON was named Exec Dir of Pac-10 Properties.  He had been
VP/Account Supervisor at Millsport in San Francisco (N.Y. TIMES,
9/11)....The Corel WTA Tour named JAYE CAVALLO as Manager of
Creative Services and VERONIQUE MARCHAL as Communications
Manager.  Cavallo has been Dir of Sports Media Relations for the
Metro Athletic Conference and Marchal spent three years at the
International Public Relations office of the NBA (Corel WTA
Tour)....LISA TASSONE GRIMES has been named Dir/Affiliate Sales
for the Eastern Region at the Classic Sports Network
(CSN)....Golden Bear Int'l named BARRY SCHWARTZ as Media and
Advertising Consultant to the Executive Sports division.  He was
a Senior Account Exec at ABC TV (Executive Sports).
