OLYMPICS NOT OVER FOR VENDORS AS LAWSUIT FLAME BURNS

     Claiming they were "misled" and "fraudulently induced" to
sign contracts with B.G. Swing Games Management Inc. to lease
city-owned property during the Olympics, 25 vendors have filed
suit seeking $25M in punitive damages against the City of
Atlanta, ACOG, B.G. Swing and its President Muson Steed.
Allegations include:  B.G. Swing reneged on promised services;
spaces were leased to more than one vendor; unlicensed vendors
were permitted to operate; and city and ACOG officials knew
traffic plans would steer spectators away from vendor areas
(ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 8/15).
