EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     NHL Enterprises announced several executive promotions in a
restructuring effort.  At the Licensing North America, the
following announcement were made: BRIAN JENNINGS, formerly Dir
Apparel, has been named VP/Retail Sales & Marketing; GLENN
HORINE, previously Dir Promotions for Time Warner Sports
Merchandising, will join NHLE as Group Dir Licensing; JIM HASKINS
was named Licensing Dir. In Marketing, ED HORNE, formerly
VP/Corporate Marketing, is now Group VP/Marketing.  CHARLIE
SCHMITT was promoted to GM/Exec Producer of NHL Interactive. KEN
YAFFE was promoted to VP/ Fan Development; At Licensing Europe,
BRAD KWONG was promoted to Managing Dir of NHLE Europe;  (NHL).
