THOMAS SPEAKS POSITIVELY ABOUT SHARING ARENA WITH LEAFS

     Raptors GM Isiah Thomas says the "olive branch has been
extended" to Maple Leafs Majority Owner Steve Stavro over sharing
a new facility, according to the Hamilton SPECTATOR.  Thomas:
"It doesn't make too much sense for two organizations not to
share one facility. ... It would make everybody safer and
stronger."  Thomas added, in the meantime, the Raptors would
"move forward" with plans for the Air Canada Centre, which has
been slowed by construction delays (John Kernaghan, HAMILTON
SPECTATOR, 6/26).
