CLARK CONSTRUCTION FORMS SPORTS SUBSIDIARY

     Bethesda, MD-based Clark Construction Group, Inc., has
announced the formation of a new subsidiary:  Clark Sports.
Clark Sports will build on Clark Construction's track record of
sports facility development, and will target publicly and
privately financed professional and collegiate arenas, stadiums,
and related projects, such as convention centers.  Clark Sports
VP Dale Koger said the subsidiary was formed to "respond to the
tremendous growth that we expect to continue in the sports
facilities market."  Koger added Clark Sports' wide range of
capabilities will enable them to work with clients from the
conceptual stage through design management and construction.
Clark Sports will also be able to help facilitate financing
(Clark Construction).
