BUCS CONTINUE TO TALK WITH OSCEOLA COUNTY

     Representatives of the Bucs and Osceola County met Thursday
to discuss a plan to bring the team to central FL should a
September vote to raise the sales tax in Hillsborough County for
a new stadium in Tampa fail, according to Susan Jacobson of the
ORLANDO SENTINEL.  The county has proposed building a $200M
facility in west Osceola, and County Commission Chair Charles
Owen said, "we need to zero in on some stadium costs and find out
what dollars are involved."  However, if NFL Commissioner Paul
Tagliabue rules that Osceola is not the Bucs' "home territory"
the team could be fined $500,000 for negotiating with the county
