EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     IAN CHARLTON joins NBA Canada in the newly created position
of Licensing Assistant (NBA)....NFL Players Inc. announced the
following appointments:  DAMON CALDWELL, Asst VP; HOWARD SKALL,
Asst VP; CLAY WALKER, Senior VP; and ANGELA MANOLAKAS, Player
Marketing Coordinator (Players Inc.)....Anheuser-Busch has named
RANDOLPH BAKER to succeed CFO JERRY RITTER when he retires at the
end of '96.  Baker was VP/Corporate Planning (ST. LOUIS POST-
DISPATCH, 5/23). ....PETER HANLON was named to the newly created
position of AHL Manager of Communications and Media Relations.
Hanlon has been with the St. John Maple Leafs since '91 (AHL).
