EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     LEN WATSON has joined the PGA Tour as VP, Int'l TV and New
Media (PGA TOUR NEWS, 4/29)....MARK COLLINS has been named COO of
Florida Sports Enterprises, owned by Paxson Communications and
BRUCE FRYE (O'ND PR)....ISES announced that its Senior VP, SUSAN
WATSON, will be leaving May 1 to join the new marketing entity
being formed to assume responsibility for organization, sales and
management of the IOC's TOP program.  The new firm will be led by
Watson, CHRIS WELTON, formerly of ACOP, and LAURENT SCHARAPAN,
formerly of ISL Marketing (ISES)....LESLIE ANNE WADE has been
named Dir of Communications for CBS Sports (CBS).
