JOHNSON & JOHNSON INKS PACT WITH ARENA FOOTBALL LEAGUE

     Johnson & Johnson has become an official sponsor of the
Arena Football League.  Under terms of the agreement, J&J's
Micatin has become the "Official Athlete's Foot Remedy" of the
Arena League.  In addition to supplying Micatin to each of the 15
teams, J&J will use the brand as a major TV advertiser on 18
nationally televised games on ESPN and ESPN2.  Micatin will also
get print ad space in ArenaBall Magazine, the official magazine
of the league.  AFL Commissioner Jim Drucker said the league is
only seeking "major league caliber" sponsors, and J&J fits that
description.  Micatin will also present the "Micatin/Arena
Football League Kicker of the Year Award."  Johnson & Johnson
Consumer Products joins Wilson Sporting Goods and Riddell as
official league sponsors (Arena Football League).
