THE GREEN JACKET PAYS OFF IN GREEN FOR FALDO

     Masters Champion Nick Faldo has signed a multi-million
dollar, five-year endorsement contract with Ford Motor Co.'s
Jaguar Cars, according to ADVERTISING AGE.  The announcement was
made in London yesterday by Jaguar Chair and CEO Nick Scheele.
Faldo will participate in the Jaguar World Golf Final for Jaguar
customers at Gleneagles in Scotland later this month.  No word
yet on whether he will appear in Jaguar advertising (AD AGE
ONLINE, 4/17).  Mizuno ran a full-page ad in USA TODAY for its
Faldo-endorsed T-Zoid driver.  The ad congratulated Faldo (USA
TODAY, 4/17).
