4/15)....TBS announced several appointments:  TERRI TINGLE,
Senior VP/Standards and Practices and Public Affairs for Turner
Entertainment Group; MEADE CAMP, Senior VP/ Marketing and Sales
Strategy for Turner Program Services; and GARY ANDERSON, Senior
VP/CNN Television (ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 4/14)....TERRY MCCABE,
who helped develop the first commercially successful metal wood
for Taylor Made Golf, has been hired as Dir of Club Development
for Titleist (GOLF SHOP OPERATIONS PRO REPORT, 4/12)....Wilson
Racquet Sports has added several new members to its marketing
team:  MIKE DOWSE, Business Dir/Accessories; BRIAN DILLMAN,
Marketing Manager/Pre-Strung Racquets; JOHN AMATO, Senior
Marketing Analyst/Racquets; and BETH HAMBRICK, Asst, Sports
Marketing/Communications (Wilson)....GEORGE STEINBRENNER has
announced he will not seek re-election as a VP of the USOC when
his term expires this fall (Baltimore SUN, 4/14).
