FORMER MSG COO ALAN FIELDS FORMS EVERGREEN EVENTS

     Evergreen Events, a sports and entertainment events
marketing company, has been formed by Alan Fields and Marc
Keller.  Fields, former COO at Madison Square Garden and
Paramount Communications, will be company President.  Keller is a
founder of Delphi Asset Management.  Fields said the company will
be "active" in the New York and Long Island area and "will offer
sponsors attractive demographics in terms of numbers and
quality."  Evergreen Events will begin by presenting Rollerfest
'96 in New York (Evergreen Events).
