EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     The Champions Tour made the following announcements: DOUG
BELSCHER was named Tournament Manager for Cape Cod's Mentadent
Champions.  Also, ALLISON VAN'T HOF, formerly event coordinator
for the ATP Tour, has been hired as Tournament Manager for the
Coopers & Lybrand Champions in L.A.  JOHN ANZ was named to the
newly created position of Dir of National Operations (Champions
Tour)....SportsChannel announced LAUREEN ONG as Senior VP/General
Manager of Prism and SportsChannel Philadelphia. She was
previously VP/Asst GM at SportsChannel Chicago
(SportsChannel)....At ESPN, DEREK YEOMAN has joined as
VP/Controller.  He will be based in Bristol and report to
CHRISTINE DRIESSEN, Senior VP & CFO.  BRYAN BURNS has been named
VP/Distribution Development.  He will assume responsibility for
development of PPV products and oversee special markets.  ARTHUR
BULGRIN was named VP/Research and Sales.  He had been
Dir/Research and Sales Data at Cap Cities/ABC (ESPN)....FRED
MICHINI was named Acting CFO for Sports Int'l Ltd. (Sports
Int'l).... Converse promoted MARK SHUSTER to Dir of Global
Marketing from Dir/Marketing-Performance Categories (Converse).
