TBS stock closed Wednesday at its lowest price since August,
with many TBS investors fearing that Time Warner's deal to buy
the company "will collapse or won't yield a big payout if
completed." TBS investors "have lost virtually" all gains from
the announcement of a possible merger. In September, the deal
was valued at $7.5B, but is now down to about $6.7B due to the

Entertainment Inc. of Toronto has purchased John Labatt Ltd.'s
Skyvision Productions Ltd., the brewer's film and TV production
